Another Day in the Life of TLC

Sometimes it can be fun to be a lonely conservative. This morning at work someone asked if anyone would vote for Obama. Why people feel the need to bring these things up at work is beyond me, but I digress.

A few people said that there is no way they would vote for him. I have to admit that I was delighted, even a bit giddy. When asked why, they said it's because of his Muslim ties - that they heard about how the terrorists have said their plan is to destroy us from within by getting their people elected in the US. That sounds reasonable to me.

The person who asked the question became visibly upset and tried to convince them how wrong they were. She waved her arms around a few times and started to get short of breath. The anti-Obamas just shrugged and walked away. I said "I wouldn't vote for him because he's a socialist." The Obama supporters just sort of looked at me, confused. They had no idea what I was talking about.

So I went back to work. Just another day in the life of The Lonely Conservative.

Hope and Change Amid Despair. It's just a reminder that things aren't as bad as they seem.

If you want to be outraged read this story. Knucklehead John Dingell, D-Mich. wants to impose a $.50 per gallon gas tax to reduce our consumption and save the environment. That's a great idea! I'm sure it will help the economy, too!

Obama's Anger . This is just a great article!

1.The same nitwits who whine the loudest about the price of gasoline have no problem with piling MORE taxes on it.
2.Obama is beyond Socialist. He sounds more like a real Communist!

If you read the Communist Manifesto and compare it to Obama's speeches it seems like they were written by the same person. Unlike the Constitution, the Communist Manifesto was meant to be a "living, breathing" document. Marx said that he understood the need to change with the times.
