Common Sense

I love reading Thomas Sowell's columns because he simply uses common sense. Today he wrote about how the populist politicians take simple concepts, like supply and demand, and try to make them complex. Never trust a politician who tells you he or she is going to solve all of your problems and make your life better. All they really want to do is create more programs and take more of your money. Don't be fooled!

Sowell is great.
Until someone comes along who is willing to let the U.S. citizens participate they will never understand supply and demand. Education is the politicians enemy. The pols frame it as need and greed, as to rile up the populus. Someone needs to explain how it works and set the middle class free.
