We all hear people complaining about their right to health care. I was asked "Where in the Constitution does it say there is not a right to health care?" I hate questions like that, it's like trying to prove a negative. If you are to use that argument then anything and everything is constitutional, unless it is specifically prohibited by the Constitution. That's hogwash, if you ask me.
I came across this article, written by Neal Boortz on Townhall today which explains, in 200 words, why health care is not guaranteed by the Constitution. I wonder how many 1200+ word comments he will receive telling him how wrong he is.
