Here's the grand finale of the Telegraph's list of the top political pundits.
10-Mark Halperin
9-David Brooks
8-Jon Stewart
7-Tim Russert
6-Matt Drudge
5-John Harris and Jim Vandehei (isn't this 2 people?)
4-Rush Limbaugh
3-Sean Hannity
2-Chris Matthews
1-Karl Rove
I knew things would get interesting. First of all, I understand that John Stewart is popular. But I would argue that he is not all that influential in elections because many of his viewers don't bother to vote. Drudge should be in the top 3 (where do you think I found out about this list in the first place?). Do you think slipping tingly-legged Chris Matthews into the #2 spot was a joke? Rush Limbaugh has millions (not thousands, as the story said) of listeners and should be ahead of old Tingly Legs.
The absolute, best thing about this list is that they put Karl Rove at the top! Numero Uno. He is public enemy #1 of the left and they must be going crazy over this!

I think you need to look up the definition of the word 'pundit.' At least 1/3 of the people on that list are not pundits. Fun list nonetheless.
I agree, but it's not my list!
Jon Stewart is the worlds most important Jew. Just ask him.
Something tells me he wouldn't take my call. BTW, the Phillies are #1 in the national league.
Thats a cheap shot. True, but a cheap shot
Well, we all know how hard it is to maintain the lead until October.
Good post. Half of the folks on that list should not be there.
